HYTX was founded by Joel Parnaby after more than 12 years in the mining industry as a Mechanical Fitter and Emergency Response Officer. Those years in high-risk environments shaped how we plan, how we work and what we won't compromise on.

His background covers working at heights, confined space entry, emergency response and industrial maintenance. That means every project is approached with discipline, risk awareness and professionalism, whether it's a roof anchor inspection or a full asset register.
